- Proficiency in light housekeeping duties to maintain clean and safe living spaces.
- Expertise in dementia care, including cognitive stimulation and behavioral management.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with healthcare providers and family members.
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs and preferences of clients.
- Ability to offer companionship and emotional support.
- Understanding and experience in respite care to provide temporary relief for family caregivers.
- Professional qualifications relevant to nursing or caregiving.
- Compassion and dedication to providing heartfelt care.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check.
- Ongoing willingness to engage in training and education.
- Knowledge and capability in preparing nutritious meals tailored to client needs.
- Reliability in providing transportation for medical appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Specialized knowledge in post-cosmetic surgery care and recovery processes.
- Sensitivity to and respect for the diverse needs and backgrounds of clients.
- Excellent communication skills to foster clear and open dialogue with clients and their families.
